Edenwald fitness classes to be offered on YouTube

Fitness classes with Edenwald’s Wellness Manager, Ryan Meisel, are available by broadcast on in-house Privatel cable (channel 84). Classes can be viewed live Monday through Friday at 10:00 AM & 2:00 PM.

The 10:00am classes will also be live on YouTube.

To access Edenwald’s YouTube channel, please go to youtube.com and search “Edenwald Retirement” in the search bar at the top of the website. Please click on the name ‘Edenwald Retirement’ within the search results (our channel should be the first result).

From there, all of Ryan’s uploaded classes will be accessible at any time. Ryan is also trying to work with some of our contracted fitness instructors to see if they are willing to do some live fitness classes as well for resident access.
